Prima Klima activated carbon filter industry with 1200 m³/h and 250mm diameter

The premium carbon filters of the Prima Klima Industry Line are characterised by a remarkably high durability and an incomparable odour adsorption. The filters are refillable and have a 4 cm thick layer of premium, highly activated CTC75 carbon with a surface area > 1200 m² / g. This provides an exceptionally long contact time between air and carbon, which is very effective in eliminating odours. High-quality pressed metal parts ensure maximum stability and durability. The extra long flange provides a secure connection. This activated carbon filter (AKF) reliably filters any kind of unwanted odours from the exhaust air and is one of the most important points for indoor installation.

• The activated carbon filter must be connected to a suitable ducted fan.
• The filter is supplied ready for connection and with a pre-filter fleece.
• Approx. 99% of all odour molecules are absorbed.

The following points must be observed with activated carbon filters:

• Never smoke near the filter.
• Cigarette smoke reduces the service life of the activated carbon the most.
• The filter must never be used without a pre-filter.
• The pre-filter must be changed regularly.
• The specified cubic capacity of the filter must never be exceeded.
• The filter must be operated with a minimum of 25% of the cubic capacity.
• The air humidity should not permanently exceed 85%.
• The filter must not be in operation when cleaning the room.
• The filter must not come into contact with water under any circumstances.
