SANlight magnetic dimmer for EVO-LED series

A dimmer is required for each Sanlight EVO that is to be dimmed.

The M-Dimmer connection is colour coded. Connect the M-Dimmer (blue socket) with the blue three-pin socket of the LED light.

Note:
since the M-Dimmer can be set using a magnet, there should be no external magnetic fields in its vicinity. A minimum distance to mains cables of 30 cm is recommended.

The M-Dimmer is supplied by the LED light and is only active if the LED light is also switched on.

2 different functions of the M-Dimmer can be set with the magnetic clip. To do this, hold the respective side of the clip approximately to the middle of the dimmer.

Dimmer temperature range: 0 - 70°C Supply +12V DC via LED light, max. 20mA, never connect to 230V AC.

To dim (white side to the dimmer)
4 different power levels (100%, 80%, 60% and 40% of the nominal power of the light) can be set; the currently set power is displayed via 3 green LEDs:

• 3x Green LEDs constantly on, Output 100%
• 2x Green LEDs constantly on, Output 80%
• 1x Green LEDs constantly on, Output 60%
• Green LEDs all off, Output 40%

Fade in active (black side to the dimmer)
The output of the LED light is slowly increased when switched on. The lamp goes from 10% to 100% power or the respectively set DIM value in about 5 minutes (e.g. to 80% in about 4 minutes, to 60% in 3 minutes etc.)

• Orange LEDs, Status Flashing, Fade in activated, power is slowly increased
• Orange LEDs, Status Constantly on, Fade in turned on but not active
• Orange LEDs, Status Constantly off, Fade in disabled

This M-Dimmer is only suitable for operation on the following with the EVO-series models: EVO 3-60, EVO 3-80, EVO 3-100, EVO 4-80, EVO 4-100, EVO 4-120, EVO 5-100, EVO 5-120, EVO 5-150.
