Bluelab pH Electrode

The pH probe by Bluelab is the ideal replacement for the Bluelab Combo Meter and the Bluelab Guardian. The round pH probe is completely waterproof and sturdier than all-glass electrodes. It immerses itself completely in the nutrient solution for metering. As a general rule, regular cleaning extends the service life of the measuring instruments. Every pH electrode immersed in aqueous solutions builds up a very thin film on the sensor, which thickens with prolonged use.

Keep the pH probe always moist to prevent permanent damage and extend its service life. Put the protective cap back on after each use. Never store electrodes in distilled water and always re-calibrate the unit after cleaning. Under normal usage conditions, durability should be no less than 8 to 10 months. With proper care, this can be normally extended to over 2 years.
