Application & tips
- Place the box in a well-ventilated area, ideally with a stable outside temperature
- Use exhaust air and recirculating air together: exhaust air removes moist air, recirculating air ensures air movement within the box
- Spread the herbs evenly in the drying net – in single layers if possible, so that air can circulate
- Check the thermometer-hygrometer regularly and adjust the fan power or door openings if necessary
- Keep harvesting tools sterile to prevent contaminants from entering
