What you should not forget for a successful start is the right growing medium, an indoor greenhouse and possibly a suitable heating system for the cold months.
For healthy growth and thriving plants, we recommend combining this Grow Box Kit with a suitable potting soil or coco substrate. It is advisable to change/renew the potting soil or coco substrate at least once a year or after a maximum of 3-4 cycles. Using the same substrate for a longer period of time can lead to the development of pests and infestations that can have a negative effect on your plants. We offer substrates from well-known manufacturers such as BioBizz, Canna, Plagron and Hesi, which are specifically tailored to the needs of your favourite plants. These substrates offer integrated fertilisers that meet the initial nutrient needs of the plants and contribute significantly to optimal root growth and successful plant development.
BioBizz All-Mix, for example, is a highly pre-fertilised substrate and stimulates a fertile rhizosphere with active microorganisms. The Light-Mix variant of BioBizz, on the other hand, is only lightly pre-fertilised and ideal for cuttings, seedlings and young plants.
